Return Policy

Return service is designed to handle situations where your received items do not match your expectations. 
      When you intend to apply for return, please make sure the goods are kept in good shape, with original wrappings and matching attachments intact. Any alteration, stain or missing parts may lead to unsuccessful review.
      You need to send your request and provide required reference information to our support team. Our staff will examine your submission and share further directions for you to follow. Once the returned goods arrive, inspection work will be performed to verify the state of items.
      We will strive to complete the relevant processing after inspection. Some goods have special attributes and are not eligible for return. Please be aware that each application is assessed individually, and final outcomes depend on the actual condition of returned goods.
      Return time: Within 30 days after receiving the items.
      We will refund as soon as we see normal logistics.
